Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Learning Experience Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of engaging learning experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop effective learning programs, incorporating diverse modalities, technologies, and methodologies to cater to various learning styles and preferences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, objectives, and target audiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Develop high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, and interactive resources, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Evaluate and implement learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to support learning delivery, content management, and learner engagement.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track learning metrics, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders; proficiency in learning management systems and adult learning principles.
