Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their research needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Design and execute research studies using advanced statistical techniques and tools, such as survey design, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients to inform their business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure research findings are integrated into business strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quantitative research and apply this knowledge to improve research methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
- 4-8 years of experience in quantitative research, preferably in a consulting or market research firm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with statistical software, such as R or SAS, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
