About the Role:
The Business Risk and Control Sr Analyst position at Citigroup is a critical role that plays a key part in our risk management function. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of operational risk management, business processes, and control frameworks, and will be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks across various business functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess operational risks, and develop corrective actions and improvements
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders on risk management best practices and control frameworks
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in risk management, workflow systems, and project management
- Proven track record of identifying and mitigating operational risks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
