About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Oneture Technologies Private Limited. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex web applications using the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable backend systems, including server applications, APIs, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both the front-end (React) and back-end (Node) components of our applications.
  • Ensure the best practices of software engineering are adhered to and architecture of open source applications is security designed and architected.
  • Design and test application to ensure cross-platform responsiveness and efficiency for mobile. Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 5 years of proven experience as Full Stack Developer, including hands-on experience in working on large scale product / platform development.
  • Experienced in Full Stack development with a focus on React development.
  • Strong understanding of server-side development using Node and Express.
  • Expertise in React JS, Express JS, MongoDB, and other web development technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering complex software projects from conception to deployment.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of version control (e.g. Git) and package management (e.g. npm).
