We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Architect to lead our technical design and architecture efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Guidewire applications and collaborating with business users and analysts to understand business requirements.
Responsibilities:- Technical Design and Architecture: Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of Guidewire applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Solutioning: Develop and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new solutions, utilizing your expertise in Guidewire components, such as GOSU, Wizards, PCF, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, and Product Designer.
- Configuration and Development: Configure, build, and develop Guidewire components, leveraging your experience in software engineering and system development.
- Business Requirement Understanding: Coordinate with business users and analysts to understand business requirements, configuring complex business rules and workflows.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams, including offshore teams, managing daily communication and reports.
- Experience: At least 12 years of experience as a Solution Architect leading technical teams with a strong software engineering background.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of industry experience in system development and implementation in the insurance industry.
- Guidewire Certification: Possession of a Guidewire certification is highly desirable.
