Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough testing for web-based applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Develop and execute test cases, create comprehensive test documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile teams.
  • Design and implement automated tests using advanced tools.
  • Understand and verify database queries, ensuring data accuracy and backend validations.
  • Log and track issues using project management tools, participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to testing strategies involving AI-powered components.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance standards are met.

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of QA/testing experience, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing principles and functional testing methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
  • Experience with automation frameworks like Playwright.
  • Understanding of AI/ML-based workflows and their applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA/GitHub/Jenkins.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python or Java for scripting or test automation.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing platforms.
  • Experience with performance or API testing tools.
