**Interior Design Project Lead Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to lead our project management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects efficiently, effectively, and profitably without compromising on quality.

The selected candidate must have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. He/She should be able to generate ideas/concepts and contribute to the design process.

In addition to technical skills such as proficiency in AutoCAD and visualization software like SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite, the candidate should have basic knowledge and understanding of materials & material application, construction methodology, all MEP Services.

The successful candidate will also be expected to prepare 3D physical models, work in teams, and contribute to multiple projects. He/She must have an ability to communicate effectively with clarity both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Deliver projects efficiently, effectively, and profitably without compromising on quality
  • Idea Generation: Generate ideas/concepts and contribute to the design process
  • Design Decisions: Understand and formulate design decisions and present the same for discussion to the internal team
  • Initiative Taking: Take initiative and respond appropriately to direction or instruction
  • Deadline Planning: Effectively plan and meet deadlines for deliverables
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and visualization software like SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge and Understanding: Basic knowledge and understanding of materials & material application, construction methodology, all MEP Services
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clarity both verbally and in writing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Design or related field
  • Excellent leadership skills and strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and visualization software like SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of materials & material application, construction methodology, all MEP Services
