We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a Liaison Officer capacity.

Job Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Approvals & Licensing: Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals, including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC/Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, and Trade license compliances.
  • Government & External Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, Urban Development Authorities, Local statutory bodies, Police, Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards, and medical councils.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications, maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location, handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities, and ensure adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.
  • Operational Support: Work closely with the Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules, coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.

This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clinics operate within the relevant laws and regulations, and will play a key role in maintaining our reputation as a leading fertility center.
