Interior Design Project Manager

Job Overview:

As a seasoned interior design project manager, you will oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Your expertise in managing teams, vendors, and installations will be essential to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple interior project executions, handling team members and vendors to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Coordinate installations, turnkey project executions, and manage carpenters, painters, and electricians to deliver high-quality products.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by implementing effective project management strategies and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, resolve technical issues, and update work progress regularly.
  • Assign tasks to workers, manage labor and materials, and implement new processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work is completed as per designs and requirements, and deliver high-quality products to customers.

Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of experience in project management for interior projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, modular measurements standards, and industry-specific software to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Excellent communication and email writing skills, with a professional attitude to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle customer escalations, manage teams, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
