The individual appointed to this role will be responsible for spearheading the planning and strategizing of project timelines, while also collaborating with stakeholders. They will lead a team of associates and senior associates, driving their success in the Management and Education domain.

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes to enhance learner outcomes across various initiatives.
  • Take ownership of process management, identifying gaps and conducting root cause analysis to address them effectively.
  • Drive the success of learners in key areas such as Management and Education.
  • Lead and guide a team of associates and senior associates, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers, and Corporate Partnerships to deliver results-driven outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting firms, fast-growing startups, or edtech companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and drive execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A data-driven mindset, facilitating informed decision-making through data analysis.
  • Prior experience in managing a team of delivery executives, preferably in the edtech sector.
