Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the successful completion of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce all company and regulatory safety policies, conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and resolve potential hazards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets project specifications, building codes, and company standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise on the job site, such as unexpected delays, material shortages, or design conflicts.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the project manager, subcontractors, and on-site crew, provide regular progress reports and updates to management.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
