Job Title: Enterprise Sales and Partnerships Director
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales leader to drive our enterprise sales and partnerships efforts in the premium gifting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing high-performing sales teams.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B corporate sales in the premium gifting industry
- A strong corporate network with established relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, HR heads, and decision-makers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations
- MBA preferred
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management
- A deep understanding of enterprise sales dynamics and corporate networking
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to manage a team responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and outreach
- An ability to oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive revenue through bulk corporate sales in the region
- Build and expand relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, HR heads, and decision-makers
- Maintain long-term partnerships with corporate clients and event planners
- Establish partnerships with corporate gifting agencies, distributors, and concierge services
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and outreach
- Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
