Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi. The ideal candidate will have experience in storage administration, ITIL processes, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 or 3 support for storage systems (SAN, NAS, ECS, or MF DASD + TAPE) in a mission-critical banking environment.
  • Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using runbooks.
  • Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents in ServiceNow/BMC.
  • Execute backups/restores and routine jobs under change and supervision.
  • Escalate to L2/L3 with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
  • Participate in DR/BCP drills to maintain platform readiness.
  • Strong documentation, evidence-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.

Requirements:

  • Dell/EMC, NetApp, HPE Storage certifications (Associate/Professional).
  • Brocade/Cisco SAN certifications; AWS S3/Object Storage fundamentals (nice-to-have).

This is a full-time position that requires at least 3 years of experience in L2 support and 8 years of experience in L3 support. The successful candidate will be sponsored for a visa, including family members, insurance, and mobile expenses.
