  • Framework Maintenance: Maintain and update LWC frameworks as needed to ensure scalability, performance optimization, and alignment with new Salesforce platform releases.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure LWC components are optimized for performance across devices and platforms, reducing load times and enhancing responsiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
  • Proven ability to customize and overwrite Salesforce standard functionalities to meet business-specific requirements.
  • Strong experience with integrations involving third-party applications using APIs, REST, SOAP, etc.
  • Ability to update and maintain LWC frameworks in line with Salesforce platform updates.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and declarative development tools.
  • Expertise in building customized LWC solutions tailored to user preferences and business needs.
  • Experience with Salesforce data models, security models, and sharing rules.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 in the context of Salesforce Lightning.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I.

Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud.

Knowledge of DevOps processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
