  • Creation of visually appealing, fast, and reliable UIs that meet user expectations
  • Optimization of performance across devices
  • Shaping of product direction and engineering culture alongside leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Flutter/Dart
  • Proven track record of shipping mobile apps from end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience with Supabase and Firebase
  • Strong product sense with keen UI/UX instincts
  • Startup mindset: agile, results-driven, and solution-focused

Desirable Skills:

  • CI/CD setup for Flutter apps
  • Experience with analytics, crash reporting, or push notifications
  • Early-stage startup experience
