Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work closely with our Finance team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing financial systems, implementing enterprise resource planning solutions, and building data visualizations to support real-time financial reporting and decision-making.

This includes collaborating with the Finance team to understand business requirements and translating them into system solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining data visualizations for management information systems, financial performance, and operational key performance indicators.

Led or supporting enterprise resource planning implementation projects, ensuring smooth integration with finance processes, is also essential.

In addition, managing finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and providing system support are crucial tasks.

Documenting workflows, processes, and technical specifications, as well as training Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes, are also important duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, enterprise resource planning implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in data visualization (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in enterprise resource planning implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, management information systems, and compliance requirements.

Preferred experience includes prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or consulting environment, exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements, and experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting.
