Interior Design Associate Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design education background and 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Support: Collaborate with senior designers during client discussions, prepare meeting minutes, and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  2. 3D Design Assistance: Assist senior designers in creating 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, recommending enhancements and providing feedback.
  3. Site Visits and File Management: Participate in site visits, manage files across tech systems, and maintain accurate records.
  4. Commercial Proposal Creation: Assist senior designers in creating commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, validating quotes for transparency and fairness.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination: Work with various stakeholders to achieve great design outcomes, building relationships with sales, drawing QC, project management, and planning teams.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  1. Design Education Background: Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Design, Master of Design, Diploma in Design
  2. Experience: 0-1 year in Interior Design or Architecture
  3. Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills
  4. Modular Furniture Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Modular furniture
  5. SketchUp Skills: Practical knowledge of SketchUp
  6. Attitude: Great attitude and willingness to learn
