Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to fill the role of Resident Doctor. As a key member of our medical team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support the delivery of exceptional health services.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including routine check-ups, examinations, and treatments.
  • Medical Procedures: Perform minor medical procedures in a hospital setting, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with referral hospitals and government institutions to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and management of regular medicine, emergency drugs, and medical equipment, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of medicine stock, medical equipment, and records, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise medical staff, ambulance drivers, and other personnel, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Training and Education: Provide regular training and education to medical staff on best practices, new procedures, and emerging trends.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement health awareness programs, conduct medical camps, and organize blood donation drives, fostering strong community relationships.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Possess a valid medical degree and licensure, with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
