Grapes Worldwide is a leading integrated communications agency focused on nurturing digital strategy and marketing approach across paid, earned, and owned platforms.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social campaigns, and digital-first design work.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate client briefs into standout design concepts from ideation to final execution.
- Design social media creatives, brand identity elements, campaign visuals, and marketing materials for various platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while keeping communication fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure timely delivery with attention to detail and quality.
- Graduate in any stream (design background preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–3 years of experience in a digital/creative/advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Figma or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and clients, and openness to constructive feedback.
