Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing expert to contribute to our AI-led transformation and translate strategy into scalable execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of omnichannel projects (email, web, paid media, analytics, automation).
  • Translating strategic goals into actionable project plans, sprint schedules, and operating workflows.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams (strategy, development, creative, MarTech/platforms) to deliver outcomes.
  • Serving as the central project manager across marketing automation, CRM/CDP, and analytics workstreams.
  • Tracking KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Enhancing process maturity by implementing governance standards, QA practices, and reusable delivery templates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in digital marketing or MarTech environments.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects involving campaign operations, automation tools, CRM/CDPs, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • PMP or Agile certifications preferred; practical knowledge of sprint planning and cross-functional delivery required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills across distributed/global teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
