Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Product Designer to join our team. As an Associate Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that meet business objectives.

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing activities.
  • Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required. 1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design is also necessary. Additionally, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar is essential.

Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and strong communication and collaboration skills are also required. A portfolio showcasing design projects and process is necessary for consideration.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Exposure to agile/scrum development environments.
