Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture: Design efficient data storage and retrieval systems to meet business needs.
  • ETL Processes: Develop ETL processes to accurately move data into the data warehouse, ensuring seamless integration of diverse data sources.
  • Infrastructure Planning: Plan and implement technical infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
  • Data Governance: Implement policies to maintain data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Performance Optimisation: Continuously monitor and improve data warehouse performance to handle large volumes of data and complex queries.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting enterprise-grade software systems that are performant, scalable, resilient, and manageable. Experience with generative AI-based systems is an added advantage.

We utilise advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to identify patterns in genomic data, optimise clinical trials, and personalise medication.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data architecture and data warehousing.
  • Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and infrastructure design.
  • Experience with data governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in using data management products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience in managing semantic and common data layers.
  • Knowledge of FDA guidelines and other relevant regulatory standards.
