Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Finance Executive to support our financial operations. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasts, and reports, as well as ensuring timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update maintain accurate project/client data to inform decision-making and reporting.
  • Create publish charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.
  • Prepare discuss detailed reports on projects and clients identifying issues.
  • Invoice clients promptly handle queries coordinate with internal contacts.
  • Resolve vendor disputes ensure invoices entered timely reconcile statements of accounts.
  • Manage monthly annual GST return filings for compliance with Indian regulations.
  • Handle monthly TDS filings for the Indian entity assist with compliance audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree CA Inter Pass is an added advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience in a finance team.
  • Strong communication interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details.
  • Well-versed with MS Office Google G Suite Sheets Docs Slides.
