Job Description:

We seek a results-driven Social Media and Performance Marketing professional to drive our online presence, develop impactful campaigns, and optimize paid advertising.

This role combines creative social media management with data-driven performance marketing, making it ideal for individuals who excel in both content creation and analytics.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing monthly content calendars, collaborating with cross-functional teams, publishing daily content across multiple platforms, and tracking user engagement insights.

  • Performance Marketing
  • Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, monitoring KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and supporting ongoing optimizations.
  • Execute A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages, and run retargeting campaigns to support funnel optimization.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly performance reports.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Social Media and Performance Marketing, preferably in EdTech or Finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and UTM tagging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with YouTube Lives or webinars.
  • Knowledge of SEO for social content, hashtag strategies, and lead-gen via CTAs.
  • Interest in stock market/finance-related content.
