Strategic Social Media Manager

As a highly experienced Strategic Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading our social media growth engine. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving revenue through social media platforms.

  1. Develop and execute 90-day growth roadmaps for our brands, focusing on revenue goals, follower milestones, brand positioning, and campaign calendars.

  2. Create viral campaigns and storytelling hooks tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments.

  3. Manage and mentor designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies to achieve social media objectives.

  4. Collaborate with the Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align social media with revenue, brand, and employer branding.

  5. Continuously experiment with formats, tools, and platforms to scale only what drives revenue and reach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience leading social media for high-growth consumer brands.

  • A proven track record of growing accounts from 100k to 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social media.

  • Strong grip on paid and organic integration (ads, influencer collaborations, affiliate tie-ins).

  • Analytical and creative skills, with expertise in Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, and Ads.

  • Excellent storytelling, positioning, and community engagement skills.

  • Prior experience in team building and agency management.

  • A passion for spirituality/astrology or openness to immerse in the category.
