System Test Automation Specialist

We are building a system test automation infrastructure to continuously test a big data pipeline stack end to end across dozens of different ecosystems, clouds, and connectors.

This role involves developing a comprehensive understanding of the product and creating a thorough system test plan. Automating the system-test plan is also a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience in software development or system test automation, with expertise in Python and knowledge of databases, operating systems, and distributed systems.

  • Design and build a robust system test automation framework to ensure continuous testing of the big data pipeline stack.
  • Become an expert in the product and develop a well-rounded system test plan that addresses all aspects of the system.
  • Implement automated testing solutions to streamline the testing process.
  • Analyze failures and generate insightful reports to aid in decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with releases and maintain high-quality software release standards.
