Deputy Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Deputy Manager with expertise in Direct Tax and experience in handling tax audit, Transfer Pricing audit, TDS matters, and tax litigations. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can conduct thorough tax audits, prepare and file accurate TDS returns, ensure timely payment of taxes, and maintain accurate records.

  • Tax Audit: Conduct detailed tax audits to guarantee compliance with regulations.
  • TDS Return: Prepare and submit precise TDS returns within the specified timeframe.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure prompt payment of taxes and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Forms 3CA, 3CB, and 3CD: Prepare and submit these forms as required.
  • Income Tax Return (ITR): Prepare and file accurate ITRs for individuals and businesses.
  • TDS Provisions: Implement and manage TDS provisions to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Income Tax Regulations: Stay updated on income tax regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Corporate Tax Audits: Conduct comprehensive corporate tax audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monthly TDS payment calculations & payments: Perform accurate TDS calculations and make timely payments.
  • Quarterly TDS Return Filing: File quarterly TDS returns accurately and on time.
  • Quarterly Advance Tax Calculations: Calculate and pay advance taxes as required.
  • Preparing and Filing ITR: Prepare and file ITRs for individuals and businesses.
  • Preparing Current Tax and Deferred Tax Workings: Accurately calculate and record current and deferred taxes.
  • Form 26AS vs TDS reco: Verify and reconcile Form 26AS with TDS records.
  • Handling Litigation matters: Represent the company in tax-related litigations.
  • Filing form 15CA/ CB: Prepare and submit these forms as required.
Requirements
  • Sound knowledge of TDS provisions, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing audit, and tax litigation.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in handling tax audit, Transfer Pricing audit, TDS matters, and tax litigations.
