Job Title: UI/UX Designer

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation enterprise financial applications.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting intuitive user experiences and a strong understanding of user research, personas, and usability testing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web & mobile apps.
  • Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers & developers to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems for enterprise-level applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and usability practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related fields
  • Freshers with strong design portfolios are encouraged to apply
  • Experienced designers with enterprise app design experience will be given preference
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch / InVision
  • Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
  • Understanding of user research, personas, and usability testing
  • Ability to design enterprise app interfaces (dashboards, workflows, data visualization)
  • Good problem-solving, creative thinking & communication skills
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) – a plus
