About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Specialist to lead the implementation of Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions using Debezium, Oracle, and other related technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and deploy CDC solutions that meet business requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide technical expertise on CDC technologies, database replication, and real-time data synchronization.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to CDC processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and optimize CDC pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Establish best practices, guidelines, and standards for CDC technologies implementation.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and knowledge transfer on CDC processes and architecture.
  • Develop junior engineers' skills in CDC technologies and database management.

Key Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CDC technologies, including Debezium and Oracle.
  • Strong technical skills in database management and replication.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
