Project Manager Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our teams in delivering high-quality business solutions.

About the Role:

  • Client satisfaction is paramount; ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Serve as a solution provider, not an order taker, by identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align deliverables with business objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor projects to guarantee timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Define project scope, manage goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members, promoting their growth and development.
  • Maintain high-quality project outcomes that adhere to governance standards, process best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Report key metrics from inception through closure, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Support account management in responding to new project requests, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Cross-sell or up-sell services within existing engagements, driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 11 years of experience in IT support projects (L1 & L2), with at least 3 years in a service manager or lead role.
  • Proficiency in incident management, problem management, and service monitoring.
