ServiceNow Developer Position

This is a high-level ServiceNow Developer position, requiring strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Service Catalog, CMDB.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop custom applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Implement and manage core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
  3. Develop integrations with external tools and platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
  4. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
  5. Participate in upgrade activities, platform maintenance, and performance tuning.
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture, design, and user guides.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Performance Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
