Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for Hotel Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients in the hotel industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through targeted marketing efforts and networking.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by developing strategic partnerships and negotiating favorable contracts.
  • Presentation of hotel services, amenities, and packages to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features and value proposition.
  • Negotiation and finalization of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This salary reflects the complexity and importance of this role within our organization.
