Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a NetSuite Functional Consultant. Your key responsibility will be to evaluate customer requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite ERP solutions. You will also lead end-to-end implementation and support cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer's business needs and develop detailed solution designs that meet their requirements.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of ERP delivery, including design, testing, validation, deployment, and user training.
  • Prepare detailed functional design documentation and configuration guides.
  • Create and execute test plans, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, and Regression Testing.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to data, configuration, and processes.
  • Customize system features based on project scope and client requirements.
  • Deliver hands-on NetSuite ERP training in areas such as chart of accounts, tax configuration, multi-subsidiary setup, vendor payments, and bank transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and functional consulting.
  • Proven experience in initial system setup and configuration, data migration planning and execution, master and transactional data setup, and ERP cut-over and go-live planning.
  • Expertise in configuring company setup, chart of accounts, tax nexus, multi-subsidiary & multi-currency setups, vendor payment methods, banking, inventory, and sales modules.
  • Functional knowledge of sales & distribution, pricing, forecasting, procurement, BOM, production planning, inventory & stock management, QA, returns management, financial reporting, GL, P&L, Balance Sheet impacts.
  • Experience with NetSuite saved searches, workflows, and reports, basic scripting and customization, integration with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), HRMS, and Payroll systems, strong experience in testing methodologies and preparing UAT criteria.
