Job Title: Power Business Intelligence Developer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization expert who can engage directly with business users to understand their visualization needs. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining impactful data visualizations and reports using Power BI, transforming raw data into actionable insights. This role requires excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in various data sources, DAX, and Power Query.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Engage effectively with business users to understand and capture their visualization needs.
  • Design, build, and maintain compelling data visualizations and reports using Power BI.
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights for business users.
  • Work with various data sources, ensuring data connectivity and integrity.
  • Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query for data modeling, transformation, and calculation.
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within all reports and dashboards.
  • Present complex data findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to engage with business users on visualization needs.

  • Proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining data visualizations and reports using Power BI.
  • Strong capability in transforming raw data into actionable insights for business users.
  • Experience working with various data sources.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
