AI Engineer - Advanced Machine Learning

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team as we continue to push the boundaries of Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models using large language models (LLMs) and RAG architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable ML solutions using LLMs and RAG architecture, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms to enhance model performance.
  • Develop APIs and services to integrate AI solutions into production systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Evaluate and improve model performance and accuracy continuously, staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in GenAI, NLP, and ML.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and best practices to maintain high-quality standards and ensure knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Ensure all AI solutions comply with ethical and data privacy standards, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including proficiency with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.
  • Experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and RAG frameworks, with a deep understanding of their applications and limitations.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), demonstrating ability to work with complex data structures.
  • Solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, tokenization, and attention mechanisms, with a strong foundation in machine learning workflows.
  • Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), showcasing ability to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
