Your Role

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining complex databases and data visualization tools to support business intelligence needs.
  • Creating and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • A graduate/postgraduate degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and programming languages like R or Python.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
