Job Designation: Sr. Creative Strategist
As a seasoned wordsmith, you will lead the creative development of campaigns and projects across various industries.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies for multiple brands, from campaign planning and ideation to scriptwriting and content creation.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling pitches and presentations for new opportunities.
- Present creative plans and ideas to clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and clear understanding of concepts.
- Maintain high-quality standards for all creative work, identifying areas for improvement and applying for relevant awards to recognize team achievements.
- Provide direction and feedback to junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- C coordinate with the integrated solutions team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Offer visual direction to the graphic design team, ensuring cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Analyze and interpret client briefs, breaking down complex information into actionable insights for junior creatives.
- Manage revisions and timelines effectively, balancing internal and external feedback with self-set deadlines.
- Engage with clients throughout the production process, presenting ideas and final products in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform creative decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
