Job Title: Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant

Key Role Overview

This position involves designing and optimizing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with finance teams and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable applications that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Collect and analyze business requirements for planning, budgeting, and consolidation.
  • Configure EPBCS modules, including Workforce, Financials, Capex, Projects, and Custom applications.
  • Implement and maintain FCCS for financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Develop business rules, dashboards, Smart View templates, and financial reports.
  • Manage data integrations using Data Management or EPM Integration Agent.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and financial close cycles.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of EPM applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including EPBCS and FCCS.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A, consolidation, and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in Business Rules, Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Web Studio.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, security setup, and workflow administration.
  • Familiarity with intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and ownership management in FCCS.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2+ years each in EPBCS and FCCS.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
