We seek a detail-oriented and data-driven professional to fill the Business Intelligence Specialist role. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets, drive informed decision-making, and support our mobile app strategy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets from various sources, including app analytics platforms and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to app performance and user behavior.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, track, and analyze metrics that align with business goals and objectives, such as user acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations for improving app performance and user experience.
  • Work closely with the product team to identify and prioritize new features, enhancements, and experiments based on data-driven insights.
  • Design and implement strategies for A/B testing and experimentation to optimize app features, user interface, and conversion funnels.
  • Monitor and evaluate app store reviews and ratings, identifying trends and feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging practices in mobile app analytics and business intelligence.
