Job Title: Technical Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced technical project lead to spearhead complex technical projects across the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience, strong project management capabilities, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, product, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and milestones.
  • Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming (Agile/Scrum).
  • Track and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables using PM tools.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure code quality, documentation, and deployment processes are followed throughout the SDLC.
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:\
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software development.
  • 2+ years of project management experience leading technical/software projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
