Job Title: Database Administrator

As a seasoned database administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain databases in Windows/Linux environments with expertise in backups, restore, user management, and securing database environments.
  • Configure master/slave replication with failovers and recovery scenarios to ensure high availability.
  • Migrate databases from on-premises to cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Perform upgrades, patching, and maintenance of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL Server databases.
  • Tune database performance to optimize query execution and reduce latency.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in database administration with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in backup and restore procedures, user management, and database security.
  • Experience with database migration and replication configurations.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
