Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled technical expert to join our team. As an Experiential Fleet Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our global experiential and event production fleet.

You will work on developing and executing proactive maintenance projects, configuring and documenting broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure. Additionally, you will resolve issues escalated from other teams, identify patterns in technical issues, and develop solutions to ensure consistent fleet operations.

You'll also utilize scripting to develop efficient methods to configure and deploy hardware and software infrastructures. Furthermore, you will coordinate with partner services, client teams, and subject matter experts to provide global support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Unix, Windows, and Mac based operating systems
  • Proficiency with online and event video production technologies
  • Familiarity with enterprise level network switches and routers
  • Knowledge of advanced signal flow for audio, video, lighting, network, and control
  • Ability to create detailed documentation and project proposals
  • Flexibility to continuously teach and be taught new technologies and workflows
