To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Marketing, 2-5 years of sales and marketing experience in hospitality, travel, or related industries, familiarity with OTAs, digital marketing, and lead generation, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
