About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing B2B portal customer experiences using SAP Cloud Commerce. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business needs forward in a digital landscape.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing end-to-end solution architectures to implement SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Integrating other systems, including PIM and CMS, through design, development, and implementation
  • Serving as a domain expert in SAP Commerce Cloud cockpits, modules, integration techniques, code development/deployment cycles
  • Governing best practices by enforcing coding standards (SDLC guidelines), Agile methodology, unit tests, and performing code reviews
  • Providing team leadership, conveying development requirements to technical developers, and ensuring/coordinating a process is in place to verify build and deploy processes
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation for development processes, application configurations, and user guides
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and SAP technologies, and proactively recommending enhancements

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on your level of experience and qualifications. Our company provides a hybrid work environment, allowing for some remote work, but requiring travel to Bangalore at least 2 days per week. The job also includes up to 10% travel and potential relocation assistance.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits to support your well-being, including programs for physical and financial health. We regularly benchmark our pay and benefits with comparable companies to ensure you receive a fair compensation package.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 10-14 years of total experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 8 years of working experience in digital customer experience development in a private, public, or government environment
  • 8+ years' professional development experience with at least 5 years of experience with Java and Spring
  • 5+ years' experience in defining, documenting, designing, coding, testing, and deploying integrations, customizations, and enhancements primarily using SAP PO, SAP CPI, and other SAP-specific tools such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs
  • Prior experience as a Solution Architect for B2C or B2B eCommerce sites
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA
  • Experience integrating Hybris with other systems via REST APIs
