Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-6 years in content creation, copywriting, and strategic communication.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in content creation with a portfolio demonstrating ability to craft engaging content.
  • Social Media Savvy: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and trends within the context of political landscape.
  • Political Awareness: Keen interest in Indian politics with an understanding of regional dynamics, ideologies, and current affairs.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas for content.
  • Independence: Capable of independently managing social media assets and content calendars.

A bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Tamil (Write, Speak, Read) and Hindi/English is essential.
