We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time role that requires the ability to understand the recruitment process and develop strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the non-tech recruitment and selection process by identifying prospective candidates and assessing their qualifications.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Conduct initial interviews and culture fit assessments to ensure the best candidate fit for our organization.
  • Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions and identify effective channels for sourcing candidates.
  • Utilize smart sourcing techniques to attract relevant candidates and overcome recruitment delays.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of Relevant internship experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Able to gauge behavioral aspects and cultural fitment of candidates during the interview process.
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets/Excel to manage data and track recruitment metrics.
  • Highly organized with strong work planning and team communication skills.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Competent in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Loves taking ownership and driving success.
