We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Overseas Education Counselor.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in guiding students through the process of pursuing medical education abroad, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and empathy towards students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations to prospective students.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student goals and preferences.
  • Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions to foreign universities.
  • Coordinate with universities to ensure smooth processing and keep students updated on application status.
  • Guide students through visa applications and document preparation, conducting pre-departure orientations and resolving last-mile queries before departure.
  • Offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation once students reach their destination.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Empathy and a student-first approach.
