About This Role

This is a leadership position within our Global Business Tax Team where you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations:

  • Manage tax advisory engagements with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver tax opinions/short notes/email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters.
  • Ensure tax compliances, including filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, provisioning for income tax, and other tax filings.
  • Manage tax assessments/litigation proceedings before the assessing officer, other income tax authorities, and higher appellate forums.
  • Train assistant managers and executives for their professional development and create a stronger bench.
  • Deliver clients with tax technology assets through licensing and/or internal managed services.
  • Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for end-to-end tax operate engagements.
  • Manage internal client codes from the standpoint of time logging, invoicing, and collections.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones.
  • Collaborate with other tax services lines/business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements.
Your Qualifications
