Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial and administrative functions of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting & Finance:
    • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely reconciliations.
    • Prepare and file income tax returns (ITR) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) on time.
    • Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP 9 and generate required reports.
    • Process bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and monthly closing of accounts.
    • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and support in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Payroll & Administration:
    • Process payroll, manage employee attendance, and calculate statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
    • Maintain employee records and support the HR department in related documentation.
    • Coordinate office administration, including vendor coordination, procurement, and general office operations.
    • Draft letters, maintain company documentation, and support management in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting.
  • Certification in Tally or accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, GST, ITR filing, and income tax.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
