Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex programs. This role involves planning, executing, and launching global initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution and alignment with enterprise goals. They will also facilitate data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute release/program roadmaps, aligning teams with enterprise expectations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, establishing interdependencies, identifying risks, and eliminating roadblocks.
  • Exercise smart decision-making and collaborate with leaders to address key issues.
  • Establish measurable KPIs and ensure they align with product goals.
  • Design and manage pilots and beta testing.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience, with 8+ years in program management.
  • Relevant experience organizing multiple teams delivering software/product development initiatives.
  • Successful track record of managing complex development programs.
  • Good knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
